Complete the admission application form.
Students applying for LKG and above must appear for a written entrance test.
An informal interaction may be conducted to understand the child.
Admission is subject to eligibility, document verification and the school’s selection process.

ADMISSION DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Parents must submit the following documents during admission at HMPS Azamgarh:
Completed admission form with 3 passport-size photographs bearing name and date
Attested photocopy of the birth certificate
Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school
Photocopy of the previous class mark sheet
Aadhaar card copies of the student and both parents
Recent passport-size photographs of the father and mother
Caste certificate, if applicable

Admission is confirmed after payment of the admission fee and quarterly fee.
Fees must be paid according to the school’s schedule.
Late payment charges may apply.
Fees once paid are non-refundable.
ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL RULES
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EVERY PARENT
An entrance test is mandatory for LKG and above.
All required documents must be submitted at admission.
The school management’s decision is final in case of discrepancies.
For withdrawal, parents must submit a written application at least one month in advance.
Fees must be cleared up to the month of withdrawal.
